Treatment does NOT start with Your visit to the clinic
You do not need to book your travel or make a decision about treatment first. The first step is to understand your clinical situation and determine what treatment is actually necessary.
We’ll make sure we understand each other
We speak different languages
What concerns you most?
Usually, the answer is not about the cost of treatment. It lies in the questions that no one has answered clearly.
“I’ve already seen several dentists. And each one recommends a different treatment.”
“I’m afraid of starting expensive treatment and having to redo everything again in a few years.”
“I need to restore many teeth, but I don’t know where to start.”
“I’m ready to travel to another country. But I don’t want to manage the entire process myself.”
You always know what comes next
Before your first trip, you already know how your treatment will proceed, how many stages it will involve, and what will happen after you return home.
You tell us your story.
Describe the problem as you see it. If you have any scans or previous treatment plans — attach them.
We assess your situation.
We review the information you provide and determine what the next step should be.
We plan your visit.
Once we have a clear clinical picture, we agree on the dates and duration of your trip.
We confirm the diagnosis.
We carry out the necessary diagnostic examinations and verify that the preliminary treatment plan reflects your actual clinical situation.
You receive a clear treatment plan.
Not just a list of procedures, but a clear overview of your entire treatment before it begins.
Your treatment begins.
You already know the sequence of treatment, the timeline, and what will happen at each stage.
You return home.
Once the required stage of treatment is complete, you return home with clear recommendations and a plan for the next steps.
We stay in touch.
After you return home, you are not left to deal with questions on your own. We continue to support you and monitor the next stages of your treatment.
You know what will happen before your treatment even begins.
Complex treatment is a team effort
Each stage of treatment affects the next. That is why dentists from different specialties work together according to one coordinated treatment plan, rather than as separate specialists.
Implant dentistry
A dental implant is part of the overall reconstruction. Its position is determined by the planned prosthetic restoration, the condition of the bone tissue, and the long-term treatment prognosis.
Full-mouth reconstruction
When many teeth need to be restored, it is important not simply to replace missing teeth, but to restore the function of the entire masticatory system.
Prosthodontics
The final restoration should be comfortable, durable, and consistent with the overall treatment strategy.
Oral surgery
The surgical stage creates the conditions required for subsequent treatment, rather than being a separate procedure.
Tooth preservation
If a tooth can be preserved with a predictable outcome, this option is always considered before extraction.
Aesthetic rehabilitation
Aesthetics are considered part of the overall treatment outcome, rather than a separate objective.
One treatment. One team.
The patient receives one coordinated treatment plan, rather than separate recommendations from different specialists. This allows the sequence of treatment stages to be coordinated in advance, reduces the risk of conflicting decisions, and makes treatment more predictable.
We stay by your side
Before treatment even begins, you know how your follow-up care will be organised after you return home and how you will stay in contact with the clinic.
Before you return home
You receive recommendations, medical documentation, and a clear plan for the next steps.
After you return home
You know how to contact the clinic if you need a consultation or treatment follow-up.
Long-term follow-up
Monitoring your treatment outcomes becomes part of the overall treatment plan, rather than a separate service.
One story. One result.
The patient dreamed of transforming her smile. But first, we needed to understand what had caused the changes, and only then proceed with treatment.
The patient came to us with one request.
During the diagnostic assessment, it became clear that the problem was not limited to the appearance of the teeth. We needed to restore the correct occlusal vertical dimension and create a foundation for a long-term result.
Diagnostics and treatment planning
Before proceeding with aesthetic rehabilitation, we carried out comprehensive diagnostics to determine why the teeth had begun to wear down.
The assessment showed that the primary cause was an incorrect bite position. Therefore, rather than placing veneers immediately, we first performed additional examinations, determined the correct position of the temporomandibular joints, adjusted the occlusal vertical dimension, and created a design for the future smile.
Only after that was an individual treatment plan developed and aesthetic rehabilitation begun.
This approach is designed not only to create a beautiful smile today, but also to provide the conditions for long-term stability: reducing the risk of temporomandibular joint overload, preventing further tooth wear, and minimising the risk of veneer damage in the future.
One trip. Four visits to the clinic.
Consultation and diagnostics
An in-person consultation, final discussion of the clinical situation, and comprehensive diagnostics.
Treatment plan approval
Detailed presentation and approval of the individual treatment plan.
Main stage of treatment
Completion of the main stage of treatment.
Final restoration
Placement of the definitive prosthetic restoration and assessment of the final result.
The format shown in this example is not possible in every case.
If dental implants, surgical treatment, or comprehensive rehabilitation involving the temporomandibular joint are required, the number of trips is determined solely by the medical treatment plan.
Two years later, the patient returned to our clinic. The treatment result was maintained not only immediately after the restorations were placed, but also over time. This is why treatment planning and the correct sequence of treatment are so important.
A beautiful smile can be created. What matters even more is preserving it for many years.
Important to know in advance
How is the cost calculated?
The cost depends not on the country you come from, but on the scope and complexity of treatment. After diagnostics, you receive a detailed treatment plan with a clear breakdown of the costs.
How many trips will be required?
This depends on your clinical situation. Some types of treatment can be completed in a single trip, while others require several stages with a healing period between them. The number of visits is determined by your medical treatment plan.
Who helps organise the treatment?
Every international patient has a coordinator. They help coordinate the stages of treatment, the schedule of visits, and answer organisational questions before, during, and after treatment.
Why Poland?
The clinic is located in Poland — a European Union country with convenient transport connections for patients from across Europe. This makes it possible to organise treatment in stages without complicated travel arrangements.
We explain in advance how your treatment will be organised, so that you can make your decision with a clear understanding of the entire process.
Tell us about your situation
You do not need to know in advance what treatment you may need. Send us your scans, photographs, previous treatment plan, or simply tell us what concerns you. We will review the information and advise you on the next step.
Questions about dental treatment in Poland
We have compiled answers to the questions patients most frequently ask before starting treatment.
Can I have an initial consultation remotely?
Yes. You can send us your scans, CBCT images, photographs, or previous treatment plan. We will review the information and explain what the next steps may involve. The final treatment plan is prepared after an in-person diagnostic assessment at the clinic.
Do I need to travel to Poland straight away?
No. In most cases, the process begins remotely. First, we review your situation, and then together we plan the next steps.
How many trips will I need to make?
This depends on your individual clinical situation. Some types of treatment can be completed in a single trip. If dental implants, bone grafting, or comprehensive rehabilitation are required, treatment may involve several stages and multiple trips.
How long will I need to stay in Poland?
The length of your stay depends on the scope of treatment. After reviewing your situation, we will let you know in advance how much time you will need to spend at the clinic and when another visit may be required.
Can all my treatment be completed in one trip?
In some cases, yes. But only if this does not compromise the quality of treatment. If the medical treatment plan requires several stages, we will never shorten them simply to reduce the number of trips.
How is the cost of treatment calculated?
The cost depends on the scope and complexity of treatment, not on the fact that you are travelling from another country. After diagnostics, you will receive a detailed treatment plan with a clear breakdown of the costs.
Can I send my CBCT or other scans in advance?
Yes. If you already have a CBCT scan, X-rays, photographs, or a previous treatment plan, send them with your enquiry. This will help us better understand your situation before you travel.
Who helps organise my treatment?
An international patient coordinator works with you throughout the entire process. They help coordinate dates, answer organisational questions, and support you before, during, and after treatment.
What happens after I return home?
You receive your medical documentation and recommendations, along with a clear plan for further follow-up. If necessary, you can always contact the clinic for a consultation.
Can treatment performed at another clinic be corrected?
Yes, we regularly see patients in this situation. Before recommending any new treatment, we carry out a comprehensive diagnostic assessment and determine the cause of the problem.
Can I continue follow-up care with a dentist in my own country?
Yes. If necessary, we will prepare medical documentation so that your dentist understands what treatment has been performed and what recommendations should be followed.
What languages do you speak?
We support international patients in English, German, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, and Belarusian. If you require communication in another language, we will let you know in advance whether we can arrange it.
Can I bring someone with me?
Of course. Many patients travel with their spouse, a relative, or a friend. If necessary, we can help with organisational matters.
Is it safe to have dental treatment in another country?
Yes, provided that the treatment is planned in advance, performed according to clinical indications, and the patient understands every stage of the process. This is why we begin not with treatment itself, but by assessing your situation and planning everything in detail.
